Appointments and Cancellations
- Cancellations should be communicated 24 hours in advance. You can cancel online by going to your confirmation or reminder page.
- Improper cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance) and "No-Shows" will result in a $25 fee and will be charged before or upon your next visit
Weave Installations and FAQ's
- To make and confirm a weave appointment a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $75 is required which goes towards the total cost. Balance due at time of service
- Without a deposit, the appointment is NOT scheduled
Why am I required to pay a deposit?
By paying a deposit we eliminate the percentage of no shows and last
minute cancellations. It confirms the clients commitment to the
extended amount of time that was blocked off for them.
Why is my deposit non-refundable?
The system automatically blocks off an extended amount of time for weave clients.
When there are no shows or last minute cancellations, it's valuable time lost that the stylist
can't get back, and prevents others from taking that time slot which also cost the stylist
What if I am unable to make my appointment?
If you are not able to make your weave appointment, please contact me
